In keeping with our mission to create a studio that offers something for every - body. Each class offered at Stratusphere is a unique experience crafted individually by our instructors who all draw from a variety of disciplines.

Our advice to you is to decide what you want out of your class, then choose by following the guidelines below.

level 1

these classes are designed to foster flexibility, relaxation and self awareness

- suitable for those who are new to yoga
- recovering from injury or illness
- for those who prefer a gentle practice or want to de-stress



shape
intermediate
level 2

these classes are designed to achieve total body conditioning by building muscle and burning fat

- suitable for all levels
- a great complement to any sport or your current fitness program
- continued practice at this level will improve posture and will help realign the spine



strength
advanced
level 3

these classes are designed to be physically challenging and will boost your current body conditioning and fitness level

- suitable for those looking for additional challenges and to progress their practice
- will improve endurance and stamina
- for those looking to build strength and flexibility


restore the body with a series of passive stretching that targets the ligaments and tendons each held for several minutes in order to release tension and help balance the body so you leave feeling renewed.


pre-natal
designed to help ease pregnancy, delivery and the after effects of birth, this class allows you to connect with your baby and with other women sharing the pregnancy experience. all stages of pregnancy are welcome

mama & me
this class gently supports mother’s recovery after giving birth and will help you reclaim your pre-pregnancy body by healing and toning! babies are welcome right up until they begin to crawl. instructor Lina’s soothing voice has been known to encourage sleep in little ones so you can leave class relaxed in more ways than one! this is an ongoing class on our schedule; however you must sign up for each 6-week block at a time – pre-registration is a must. start dates.


an energetic method of practice that provides a vigorous workout by continuously moving through a series of postures – this practice provides a 90 minute class


although pilates is known for its core work, these mat classes will have your whole body thanking you!


 

this class designed specifically for runners, will help correct any imbalances resulting from running and will strengthen and stretch your muscles so you can prevent injuries and have a faster, longer and stronger run
