Stratusphere Golf
is a yoga sequence that Trish designed specifically for golfers. Trish began developing golf specific stretches after one of the pros she was taking lessons with asked for some stretching tips to share with his students. With his feedback, Stratus went on to develop a full 60-minute routine of poses based on the movements made during a game of golf. It focuses on increasing flexibility and range of motion and also includes breath work which helps to quiet the mind and cultivates focus.
A celebrity ambassador for Callaway Golf Canada, Trish launched this program in 2009 at various Golf Courses across Ontario and has been featured with this proprietary yoga sequence in a number of golf magazines and websites.
