Intro to Yoga: a beginner's workshop w/ David Bruni.
Mondays at 6pm starting September 20
4 weeks: Sept 20, Sept 27, Oct 4, Oct 18 (no class Oct 11 due Thanksgiving holiday)


Whether you are brand-new or just want to brush up on the basics and build a solid foundation David will introduce you to the practice by introducing you to the poses and postures you can expect in other classes. Graduates will be prepared to tackle any class on our schedule. Pre-register

Yoga for Weight Loss: a yogic formulated weight loss program w/ Lynda Montis.
Saturday October 16 (be sure to choose the session that is suitable for your needs)
Absolute beginner’s class: 1-2pm
Information session (all levels): 2:15-3:45pm
Intermediate-Advanced class: 4-5pm


A step-by-step approach to teach you how to transform eating patterns to promote and maintain a healthier body, reduce body fat and improve both bone density and cardiovascular health (hand-outs will be provided).

There will be an informational component followed by a physical component which will put the principals being discussed into practice. There will be 2 separate class sessions, one will be for those with a regular practice and the other will be an introductory lesson to movement using yoga/pilates poses in which students will learn adaptations of common poses and upon completion will be able to comfortably attend regular classes by modifying their practice with these variations as needed. Be sure to note which session is appropriate for your needs.

Space is limited to ensure Lynda, a certified nutritionist, pilates and yoga instructor who for years has successfully maintained a weight loss of over 60 pounds may give each student individualized attention.

Yoga & Raw Food: an evening w/ Sandy & Carol.
Friday October 1 starting at 6:30pm

The perfect way to wind down the busy work week and ease into the weekend, join us for a relaxing and restorative candlelight yoga class led by Sandy. Following class, enjoy a healthy and delicious raw organic meal plus dessert prepared especially for you by Carol Belmonte of Belmonte Raw. You've probably heard about raw food diets - this is a great way to learn more with a discussion led by Carol who will introduce you to raw food eating and its benefits. Bring all your questions - and your appetite! Pre-register

Stratusphere Yoga for Golfers: off-season golf training.

Maintain everything you have worked all summer on, plus stay focused and conditioned for the upcoming season. Stratusphere Yoga for Golfers is a conditioning workout that specifically targets the muscles used during the game of golf. Bring your iron to this class that will keep you in top form throughout the off-season. Suitable for all levels (of golfer and yogi). Book your session(s)

budokon power & agility: a level 2-3 workshop w/ Sensei Jamal Pender.

This workshop will move help the student to seamlessly transition from the ground to standing, from yoga movements to martial arts movements, from acceleration to deceleration. This cardio inspired class builds explosive power, tones muscles and burns major calories.
