Yin Yoga & Reiki by Candlelight
Join certified Reiki Master/Practitioner/Teacher Cheryl McKenzie for this specialty class where she will engage in the ancient Chinese traditional practice of Yin Yoga and mindfulness meditation designed to:
- help relieve stress and alleviate tension
- target deep fascia
- promote blood and oxygen flow throughout the body
Reiki is a method of energetic healing and self-improvement that anyone can use. A long term practice of whole body Reiki will restore the general condition of the body by opening the energy channels and allowing the body to deal properly and naturally with stress, built up toxins and cope with anxiety and depression.
This workshop will combine these beautiful practices and will be accompanied by the soft glow of candles and gentle soothing music followed by tea in our lounge.
