Stratusphere Retreat:
3-Day Yoga Retreat in Midland, Ontario

Stratusphere Escape presents a fall yoga retreat weekend that celebrates the Autumn Equinox. As the trees let go of their leaves and say good-bye to their green, fall is a time for letting go. As the weather changes, this signals a time of change. During a time of the year when there are equal hours of darkness and light, this is the perfect time to find balance.

Join us in the lush beauty and quiet surroundings of this natural setting and be guided by your yoga hosts Jessie Migneault and David Bruni during this special weekend retreat that will leave you rebalanced, relaxed and rejuvenated.
 

Your retreat includes:

•   2 nights accommodation

•   5 healthy and nutrishious meals

•   Daily yoga classes led by Jessie Migneault & David Bruni

•   A special workshop with David Bruni

Note: each cabin accommodates 4 people. Semi-private ($30/pp extra), private ($50 extra).
Full payment is required to reserve your spot. There is a cancellation fee of $100. With less than 7 days notice, full payment is non-refundable.

What your weekend will look like:

Friday
Only 90 minutes north of Toronto, close to Midland, Ontario, you may arrive at Sugar Ridge anytime after 4pm. Your Stratusphere Escape weekend will begin as you settle into your wilderness cabin, nestled in the woods surrounding the retreat centre. Don't be surprised to see a deer walk by your window, or rabbits playing tag!

Enjoy a wholesome meal, lovingly prepared by Liz, the owner of Sugar Ridge. The menu is dependant on the season, the weather and the whim of Liz on any given day. All your delicious meals will be organic when possible (vegan if requested).

Wind down the evening and let your stresses melt away in a gentle yoga class lead by Jessie.

Saturday
Begin your day with an energizing vinyasa yoga class with brunch to follow.

Spend your afternoon in the tranquil retreat centre curled up with a book or enjoy a nature walk and enjoy stunning views of the Wye Marsh and Georgian Bay as you explore 150 acres of lush meadows, majestic forests and rolling hills.

Later in the afternoon, deepen your practice with a special workshop presented by David. Complete the day with a healthy dinner while taking in the spectacular sunset.

Enjoy a gentle candlelight yoga class to close your day.

Sunday
Wrap up your weekend with a morning yoga class and brunch, refreshed and renewed as you head back to your everyday life.

BRUNCH

Pancakes and maple syrup - Orange Poppyseed, Blueberry Cornmeal or Apple Oatmeal

Oatmeal and warm fruit compote

Fresh fruit salad with dairy, soy,& almond yogurts & granola

Green smoothies

Homemade muffins - cornmeal with orange marmalade, lemon cranberry or pumpkin spice

Toast or bagels - gluten free options always available

Cold cereal selection - gluten free options with rice, soy, almond, coconut and dairy milks
