During her years at Ryerson University in Toronto, Rachel had the opportunity to study the mental health benefits of Yoga and its effects on stress reduction. Ever since, she has been practicing as a dedicated student, using Yoga as a tool for self-discovery and building inner awareness. While completing her degree in Psychology, her passion for health and wellness encouraged her to further her journey to completing the 250-Hour Teacher Training Program with Yoga Tree Inc. Studios. She is now a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and is committed to helping others embrace health, happiness and their utmost potential.

Rachel is known for her unique, fun, and inspiring classes. Her teachings often reflect a Hatha/Vinyasa flow-like rhythm, fusing spirituality with dynamic movement, intention and guided relaxation. Most importantly, Rachel's class sequences empower both the mind and body offering her students a place to feel refreshed and renewed.
